About Larkspur
Larkspur Landing is the main ferry terminal for central Marin, off Sir Francis Drake Boulevard near Highway 101. The SMART train stops next to it, so riders from Sonoma and northern Marin can connect without a car.
The ride to the Ferry Building takes about 35 minutes, passing San Quentin and Angel Island.

Parking at Larkspur
$2/day, no overnight parking. Terminal lot, 1,800 spaces, plus an overflow lot of about 200 across the street at 300 Larkspur Landing Circle.
- $2 per day on weekdays, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Free after 1 PM and all weekend. A 30-day permit costs $20 (permit holders are not guaranteed a space).
- Pay with ParkMobile: zone 111 for the day, zone 114 for the 30-day permit. You can pay from 3:00 AM; the app won't take the day's fee after 1:00 PM.
- Some third-party sites still say the fee runs until 3 PM. The official window is 5 AM to 1 PM.
